Important Booking Information
All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to travel, you may arrange for someone else to take your place. The replacement passenger simply takes over your booking—no additional payment is required to Sabs Travel & Tours, provided the booking has already been paid in full. Please ensure you notify us of any name changes before departure.

We encourage all passengers to carry out their own research before booking to ensure the destination, attractions, walking distances, accessibility, and activities are suitable for their individual needs.

Please check the weather forecast before travelling and come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear. Trips will not be cancelled due to adverse weather, as coaches and attractions generally continue to operate unless otherwise advised by the venue or relevant authorities.

We kindly ask all passengers to arrive at their chosen pick-up point on time, as the coach cannot be delayed for late arrivals
